Health & Safety Procedures
In line with government advice, we have taken our trading to an online service at the moment. We are following best practice guidelines outlined by the UK government and WHO to ensure that we exceed compliance standards.
For local addresses (those in the Greater Manchester area), we are doing contactless doorstep deliveries. We aim to be there within 24 hours, but if not, we will be with you the very next day. We package our records in our plastic carrier bags (which you may wish to dispose of after delivery) and will leave these on your doorstep when we arrive. We will knock on your door and take at least 4 steps away. Should you not be in, we will leave the item in a secure, shaded location and provide an update by whatever contact means you left when placing the order (most often email).
For those of you further afield, we are using the Royal Mail postal service as we have found this to be most reliable. We will post your items as quickly as possible (mainly same day). Whilst most deliveries have been speedy, please do understand that on occasion deliveries may be slower due to reduced work forces.

I live locally, can I get a free drop off?
We have updated our website to have either postage or local drop off options. The local (Greater Manchester area) drop off is free of charge. This means we will do a contactless doorstep delivery. If you have any questions about this, feel free to drop us a message via our Contact Us page.
My record was due to be released soon but the date looks to have changed. When is it now going to be released?
We have noticed that many record release dates are changing, often at short notice. Please keep an eye on our Pre-Orders page to check release dates, or drop us a message via our Contact Us page.
I placed an order to be delivered to an incorrect address that is now closed. What should I do?
Please login in to your Wax and Beans website account and update your address to wherever you would like your delivery made. Alternatively, please drop us a message via our Contact Us page.
Do you have a minimum spend for free delivery if we aren’t local?
Yes! If you spend £75 or more with us, your delivery will be done via Royal Mail free of charge.
Are you still shipping internationally?
Yes. Unfortunately, there are some delays to this service due to reduce staff levels and varying government restrictions in different countries. We will do our best to get your items with you as quickly as possible.
