Some of the writers that collaborated on this album include Stuart Crichton, Tommy Lee James, and Brian McFadden. It was described as a more upbeat, inspirational tone in her pop music. After its initial release, the album was certified three times Platinum in Australia and Gold in New Zealand. The singles on this album include "In This Life", "Believe Again", "You Will Only Break My Heart", and " I Can't Break It To My Heart".
