The Invention are a Northern 4 piece who soaked up their local sounds and influences to create their own brand of euphoric guitar anthems, which land somewhere between The Verve and The Killers, resulting in their debut album being released in Japan back in 2007 on Vinyl Junkie Recordings.
After many years off, second album, Tomorrow Took Everything was released on Spotify and limited edition double disc vinyl in 2025, with the vinyl being available in select independent record stores.
