British rock band Marillion, founded in 1979, are often referred to as the leaders of the neo-progressive movement of the early 80s. Over the course of 20 studio albums, the band has become one of the most commercially successful progressive rock bands and are the most prominent representatives of this genre today.

They are purveyors of soulful, powerful, and deeply-moving music, with a long-standing reputation of impressive live shows and an imposing, faithful and loyal global fan base. With their recent studio album “An Hour Before It’s Dark”, the band’s highest charting album across the globe (#2 in UK and GER album charts), Marillion have shown that they continue to stay as brilliant and vital as ever while consistently dodging categorization by crafting distinct, evocative music.

Since 2002 and in a 2-year cycle, Marillion welcome their dedicated fans to a very special weekend: the Marillion weekend. On three nights, Marillion perform three different shows with different setlists consisting of full records played from start to finish, fan favourites and rarities.
