Madonna announced today her eagerly anticipated new album Confessions ll is set for release on July 3rd via Warner Records. Madonna sums up her new record best by quoting the first few lines of her song, One Step Away, “People think that dance music is superficial, but they’ve got it all wrong. The dance floor is not just a place, it’s a threshold: A ritualistic space where movement replaces language.” Madonna adds “When Stuart Price and I first started working on this record, this was our manifesto”:
