Manchester based LUCIGENIC are fronted by lead members Lucy Davies (vocals/songwriter) and Gary Wyatt ( guitar/keys/composer) with a passion for hypnotic post punk flavours mixed with swirling melody and varied influences from Kate Bush , Patti Smith , Mazzy Star , Chameleons , Brian Jonestown Massacre.
Their first Album features Simon Wolstencroft ( The Fall, Ian Brown) Dave Barbarossa ( Bow Wow Wow , Republica/John Dwyer Chime Oblivion ) Mark Refoy ( Spiritualised, Spacemen 3) and ‘Twem’ Thomas Twemlow . Latest singles were co-written /produced by David Tolan ( Chameleons, Denise Johnson , Tori Amos) and Simon Wolstencroft ( The Fall / Ian Brown)
