Kula Shaker burst onto the British music scene like a technicolor vision in the mid-’90s, fusing swaggering Britpop with swirling psychedelia, Indian mysticism, and razor-sharp riffs that felt both ancient and electric. Led by the magnetic Crispian Mills, the band turned Sanskrit chants into chart-topping hooks and made sitars, mantras, and crunching guitars collide in songs that pulsed with spiritual curiosity and rock-star bravado.
