Jordan Rakei - A Safe Place To Be Wild (Now Spinning 075) (Indies Red Vinyl w/Alternate Cover) (Limited to 200 Copies w/ Signed & Hand-Numbered Slice) + Wooden Block Record Display Stand

The wonderful Jordan Rakei returns with 'A Safe Place to Be Wild' and we're honoured to be bringing it to our Now Spinning series as Number 075

A Safe Place To Be Wild is the seventh LP from Jordan Rakei, arriving after more than a decade of pushing the boundaries of soul, jazz and alternative R&B.

Fearless, intimate and emotionally direct, the album finds Jordan embracing uninhibited self-expression and placing vulnerability at the centre of his songwriting.

Stripping everything back to raw feeling and unfiltered moments, A Safe Place To Be Wild captures an artist fully stepping into himself, confronting the fear of exposing his inner world and finding power in doing so.

What is a Wax and Beans slice we hear you cry?

The Wax and Beans slice is a collectible magnetic strip that allows you to show friends and family what music you’re spinning right now.

Only available at Wax and Beans, for select releases, the slice is hand-numbered and can be used flexibly. You can attach it to a magnetised Wax and Beans ‘Now Spinning’ wooden block (our latest, upgraded Now Spinning Record Display stand - available to purchase separately or part of a bundle) or stick it on your fridge, radiator or wherever you want really.
